"Service" refers to the SlideWithAI platform, including all features, tools, and content provided through our website and embedded viewers.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" refers to any presentations, slides, images, narration audio, quiz responses, or other materials created, uploaded, or shared through the Service.
"Credits" refers to the virtual currency used to access AI-powered features within the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using email-based authentication. For embedded quiz access, you may authenticate via a one-time verification code sent to your email.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Credits and Billing

3.1 Free Credits

New users receive 100 free credits upon registration. An additional 200 bonus credits are awarded after initial credits are consumed. Free credits do not refresh monthly.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscribers receive 1,000 credits per month with rollover up to 2,000 credits maximum. Subscription plans and pricing are available on our pricing page.

3.3 Credit Usage

AI-powered actions consume credits at published rates: image generation (5 credits), AI slide creation (3 credits), voice narration (2 credits per slide), video export (1 credit), and live sessions (10 credits).

3.4 Refunds

Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Use automated means to access the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Service

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Builder Thinking and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation, including slide generation, image creation, and voice narration. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
You assume full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content

7. Sharing and Embedding

When you share or embed a presentation, you acknowledge that:

Anyone with the share link or embed code can view the presentation
Quiz responses from embedded presentations are stored and associated with the respondent's email address
You are responsible for obtaining consent from quiz respondents for data collection
Share links can be revoked at any time through the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDER THINKING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your content may be deleted after 30 days of account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
